Porn Purveyors Pervert 1st Amendment: Backtalk
Before his execution, serial killer Ted Bundy admitted that pornography instigated the horrible murders he committed.
For many years those who have been in the battle against pornography have been warning against its dangers, but have been opposed by a powerful network hiding behind the First Amendment. This network has manipulated this amendment so that its misinterpretation has been incorporated in the thinking process of our judicial, educational and entertainment fields -- and in the thinking of too many gullible Americans who honestly believe the lie that the amendment was designed to protect pornography and other forms of lawlessness.
The Miller v. California U.S. Supreme Court decision in 1973 confirmed otherwise. But the misinterpretation has provided a stumbling block to our efforts, giving free reign to moral anarchy. This has resulted in the biggest constitutional double-cross ever perpetrated on the American public!
This network -- well-versed in the technique of intimidation -- employs noble words and phrases, such as "Art," "Adult," "Maturity," "Freedom of Speech," etc., as a cover-up for immorality, placing a veneer of "respectability" on it in an attempt to make it palatable for public consumption. Being cognizant of the fact that the average person shies away from labels, the network uses such labels as "Censors," "Extremists," etc., to intimidate. I refer to the American Civil Liberties Union and its cohorts.
Our forefathers would turn in their graves if they could see that the First Amendment is being used as a smokescreen for filth, vice and corruption. Being familiar with the historical fact that moral decay can cause the collapse of a nation, it is inconceivable that they would advocate a freedom that would lead their own beloved country to a similar fate. They prefaced the Constitution with the Preamble to make their intentions known -- and therein lies the key to the ideals that prompted the writing of the Constitution. Yet this Preamble is completely ignored by the masters of deceit.
